Since joining PostBank in 2020, Kato has played a key role in driving business growth and profitability. He has successfully reengineered personal banking processes, leading to significant growth in the segment. Additionally, he has implemented numerous initiatives that have positively impacted the bank’s balance sheet and profitability.
As Chief Retail Officer, Kato will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies across various channels, including fintech, sales, and bancassurance.
He will also oversee the retail banking team.
