KAMPALA, Uganda — BrighterMonday Uganda and the NGO HR Network are joining forces to host a high-impact summit aimed at transforming the non-profit sector’s talent landscape.

The upcoming NGO HR Summit, themed “From Uncertainty to Opportunity—People, Purpose, and Progress,” is specifically designed to equip human resources leaders and practitioners within Uganda’s non-governmental organizations to turn complex operational challenges into opportunities for growth and sustainable impact.

The collaboration is a direct response to the critical need for a stable, highly skilled, and mission-aligned workforce in Uganda’s non-profit sector.

The summit aims to shift the role of human resources from administrative to strategic leadership, ensuring HR practices directly contribute to organizational missions and programmatic effectiveness. Key objectives include equipping HR professionals with strategies to:
