KAMPALA, UGANDA – Absa Bank Uganda has extended its partnership with multinational IT services and consulting company LTIMindtree to enhance its digital banking capabilities. The move aims to deliver seamless and innovative financial solutions to customers through advanced technologies like machine learning and data analytics.

The five-year partnership extension will focus on application maintenance and support, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications across the bank’s network. The collaboration will also leverage cutting-edge technologies to improve service delivery and customer engagement.

According to Johnson Idesoh, Group Chief Information and Technology Officer at Absa Group, the partnership is key to driving innovation and excellence in digital banking. “Our collaboration with LTIMindtree will enable us to deliver enhanced features to our customers more rapidly and at a competitive price point,” he said.
