Overview:
CFAO Mobility names NN Group its official Sinotruk sales and repair agent in Arua, expanding services and heavy-duty truck access in the West Nile region.
KAMPALA, Uganda — CFAO Mobility Uganda has appointed NN Group in Arua as its new official sales and repair partner for the Sinotruk heavy-duty truck brand. The move, announced in October, is intended to expand the automotive dealer’s reach and service commitment across the West Nile region.
NN Group, which previously operated as an authorized service center for CFAO Mobility vehicle brands, will now become a full sales and repair agent for Sinotruk. This expansion of their role is designed to ensure local businesses and individuals in West Nile have easier access to sales, maintenance, and genuine parts for the trucks.
To inaugurate the partnership, CFAO Mobility is hosting a complimentary vehicle diagnostic week for all Sinotruk owners at the NN Group facility in Arua. The service includes free diagnostic checks by certified technicians, detailed vehicle health reports, and a 10 percent discount on genuine Sinotruk parts for any necessary replacements.
“We are proud to welcome NN Arua as our official Sinotruk sales agent in West Nile,” said Howard Wodomal, manager of equipment at CFAO Mobility. “Through this partnership, we reaffirm our commitment to providing the right truck for the job, ensuring that businesses and individuals in West Nile have access to durable and efficient transport solutions.”
New truck model introduced
During the partnership launch, CFAO Mobility’s equipment division debuted the Sinotruk HOWO Max, the latest model in its heavy-duty lineup.
The HOWO Max joins the popular HOWO NX and TX trucks. It is designed to meet the rigorous demands of sectors like long-haul transportation, construction, and mining, serving as an adaptable solution for Uganda’s growing logistics and industrial sectors.
Ismail Noor, CEO and founder of NN Group Arua, highlighted the impact on the local community. “This partnership marks a historic milestone for NN Group and CFAO Mobility as we officially launch Sinotruk sales in Arua and the West Nile region,” Noor said. “It’s more than a business expansion, it’s a commitment to regional development, job creation and bringing world-class heavy-duty transport solutions closer to our people.”
The new Sinotruk HOWO Max features a powerful MC engine delivering 430 horsepower, an Automated Manual Transmission, and advanced safety systems including an anti-lock braking system. The vehicle also comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
