KAMPALA, Uganda — Ugandan children aged 15 and under are invited to participate in the third national edition of the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, where they can compete for a $5,000 cash prize in the global final.

CFAO Mobility Uganda launched the contest, which is part of the 19th global installment of the initiative designed to encourage young people to share their creative visions for the future of mobility.

“Each year with the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest, we not only celebrate creativity but also invest in the next generation,” said Isaac Tegule, Marketing Manager for CFAO Mobility Uganda. “We want children across Uganda to feel empowered to share their vision.”

Submission, Eligibility and Prizes

The contest is open to all Ugandan children aged 15 and under, divided into three categories:

  • Category 1: Ages 7 years and under.
  • Category 2: Ages 8 to 11 years.
  • Category 3: Ages 12 to 15 years.

The deadline for entries is Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.

Entry Requirements and Locations:

The entry form is downloadable via the Toyota Uganda website or available at any CFAO Mobility Uganda branch. Submissions can be made as hand-drawn artworks with the entry form securely attached, or as scanned PDF digital works emailed to dreamcar.ug@cfao.com.

Hand-delivered submissions are accepted at the following CFAO Mobility branches:

  • Namanve Head Office
  • Kampala Branch
  • Gulu Branch
  • Mbale Branch
  • Buliisa Service Center

Submissions can also be made at CFAO Mobility Authorized Service Centres, including Kampala Daks Limited, Arua NN, Fort Portal Stitch & Sew, and Mbarara Formula 21 Pitstop Auto Service.

Awards:

  • National Winners: The top three artworks from each category will be crowned national champions and receive prizes, including school fees support worth 2 million shillings, framed certificates, shopping vouchers, and other branded merchandise.
  • Global Winners: National champions advance to the World Contest in Japan. Global winners from each age category will receive $5,000 for themselves, and their schools will be awarded $10,000. Six finalists per category in the global contest will also receive a $3,000 prize.
