Kampala, Uganda – Vivo Energy Uganda, the leading distributor of Shell-branded fuels and lubricants, has reinforced its commitment to quality excellence with a comprehensive staff training programme.
The training, held during World Quality Week (November 11-15), focused on international fuel standards and best practices in quality control.
“Quality is the foundation of excellence,” said Alinafe Mkavea, Chief Commercial Officer at Vivo Energy Uganda. “World Quality Week allows us to celebrate and reinforce our commitment to operating at the highest standards and meeting the expectations of our customers and stakeholders. Lawrence Wavamunno, Vivo Energy Uganda Laboratory Technician, demonstrated the company’s rigorous fuel quality assurance processes at Shell Muyenga. The live demonstration showcased meticulous steps taken to ensure safety and performance standards.
