The Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC) is set to host a groundbreaking public engagement event on July 12, 2024, at Hotel Africana, aimed at driving business growth and fostering stronger relationships with its customers and stakeholders.
Themed “Enhancing Stakeholder Loyalty through Excellent Service Delivery,” the event marks a significant milestone in UPPC’s commitment to innovation and customer-centricity. The corporation will showcase its latest products and services, including its online bookshop and ESG projects, and gather valuable feedback from stakeholders.
Prof. Sudi Nangoli, UPPC’s Managing Director, emphasized the importance of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
“The Stakeholder Engagement Day is a crucial initiative that demonstrates our commitment to fostering strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders,” he said. “We believe that effective customer engagement is essential for building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships, and we are dedicated to providing quality, secure printing and publishing services that meet our clientele needs.”
The event will feature Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja as the Guest of Honor and will bring together key stakeholders, customers, and potential clients from various sectors. Ms. Rebecca Nyakairu, Public & Corporate Affairs Manager, highlighted the corporation’s commitment to excellence.
