KAMPALA, UGANDA — Rubis Energy Uganda has expanded its national operations with the official launch of 15 newly rebranded service stations. The strategic move represents a major investment in modernizing the country’s energy and logistics infrastructure.
The comprehensive network upgrade is designed to reposition the stations as integrated mobility hubs, providing a wide array of services aimed at improving efficiency and convenience for Ugandan consumers.
Central to the company’s offering is the widespread introduction of UltraTec fuel, an advanced technology formulated to optimize engine performance and deliver better mileage for motorists facing rising transport costs.
The company stated that the investment directly supports its philosophy of becoming an “essential component” of the nations it serves. William Fillet, managing director of Rubis Energy Uganda, underscored the long-term nature of the commitment.
“This launch of 15 fully transformed stations is the definitive proof of that commitment in Uganda,” Fillet said. “We set a singular, ambitious goal of being the most trusted and innovative energy partner in the country.”
The flagship Rubis Kisaasi station exemplifies the new model, featuring an ecosystem of integrated services, including the Enjoy Shop convenience retail arm, Castrol lubricants, and Rubis Gas for household consumption. The new stations are strategically located along key commercial and commuter routes, strengthening the company’s presence across the country.
